| In the coming few Days, a new kid in town in digital printing will be seen. Tested in UV Lamination? Yes it has a good result that other toner base cant be laminated on OPV. Soon will be certified both on G7 and FOGRA for proofing. 1. Software can drive up to ten devices ( you need to have a powerful PC with a huge memory) No need to buy another RIP for the next device. 2. The RIP can help you save toner by optimizing and maximizing UCR/GCR. 3. You do not need to calibrate everyday 4. you can linearize & calibrate each kind of paper for color accuracy , uniformity and consistency. 5. It has a TRUE HALF TONE DOT & SCREEN LINE UP TO 200L. 6. It uses the same C2S paper for offset press. Up to more than 300 gsm. 7. No click charge, just buy you consumables. 8. User friendly as friendly as user replaceable parts ( No need to wait for the Tech people) but FREE SERVICE just in case. 9. Plastic or OPV lamination. : 10. 1st installation is on the way to Malabon!! This Digital Production Press is ENTRY LEVEL i, not in the Level of HP INDIGO or KODAK NEXPRESS, but it has the same language the offset has. Gloss, screen ruling, same paper. For proofing or for production, this Digital Production Press is a good investment to start digital printing. With less than a Million Buck for DP, you can start operating this Digital Press. If you have files and paper to test, PM me. | |

| Hi Billy, How many colours is the press? What substrates can it print on? Does it have a variable data option? ARC - billy wrote:

| You can use scrap papers C2S from offset printers, foldkote(depending on the GSM, up to 300) And many others.
For the VDP, use third party software, for now we are looking for vdp software available here in the philippines or might as well look what is best for the RIP software. If you have some paper preferences, they will be glad to test, if it work then its good, if not, then sorry. If you are interested, let us know and I will tell them to visit you or invite you to their showroom.
For the number of color, if you mean the toner, there are only four (4) toner namely CMYK.
As I have told you, it is not meant to compete HPindigo this is entry level. but the software can drive up to 10 devices (printer) Cheers!

| Here we go, it was tested on OPV, plastic laminantion back to back today and no problems.
Tested on back to to printing ( manual ), the fist was 1mm misregistered both X & Y axis. Then we adjust it on the panel and the rest is registered. Thanks to X & Y axis adjustment.
Tested on 300 Gsm FC#12 & 15. No problem.
Got any files to test? | |

Manresa, Quezon City If you traveling from EDSA, take quezon Avenue going to quiapo, you may turn right @ roosevelt or sto. domingo or banawe, then take left at del monte. after banawe, the next street is matutum.

| Subject: Costing software. Fri Oct 28, 2011 5:34 pm | |
| The ECRM Digital Press, which is Harlequin in Nature, has a plug in called ESTImate. What it can do, you can input your toner cost, drum maintenance cost, labor cost and other consumables cost anf power cost. After rasterizing the file (no print yet) , the software can tell you the actual cost of a particular printing job.
It can tell you the toner cost of individual color. It can tell you the individual drum cost of maintenance. It can tell you the Labor cost and power cost.
Any relevance?, you can make you qoutation before doing the job and you can already know, your landed cost and profit. This software is ( im not sure yet though) is derived from CIP4.
