Question on book cover - (laminating/coating) machine

Good day mga masters. Ask lang po kung ano ang tamang machine para maglaminate/coat ng book cover. Gumamit po kasi ako ng ordinary laminator and film, yung pang ID, ang resulta, parang naka-acetate na ang cover. Maganda sana because of the extra protection of the film pero naiiba sya sa lahat ng mga books sa market, nasisira yung iba sa pag trimming (sa cutter) yung iba lumulubo at meron ding may kulubot dahil sa error pag laminate. Pa help naman po, kung paano gagawin ang pag coat ng book cover, salamat.

Saan po makakabili ng tamang makina, magkano po ang kailangan kong budget. Thanks.

Ang plastic na gamit sa mga books ay manipis lang around 18 to 25 microns.
Puede ka magpa service muna ng lam reqmts mo sa mga service bureau kung
meron sa area nyo, as most of the printers do kasi mahal ang makina.

Meron ang GMP Phils 24 inches table top, around 180t brandnew.

Or i have one refurbished from US 75t.

Thank you sir fotostuff for your reply. I look around for 25 microns laminating film, ang pinakanipis ay 125 microns lang, saan kaya pwede makabili ng 25 microns? I search at sulit.com.ph pero wala rin akong nakita.

Sir di ubra ang 25 microns kung thermal lamination ang gamit nyo. Una, sa nipis masusunog lang. Pangalawa, malamang wala siyang coating para dumikit. Cold lamination ang tawag sa pag-laminate ng book cover. Waterbased ang gamit na glue.
As fotostuff said dalhin mo ang trabaho mo sa service bureau.

Yes masusunog lang yun plastic pag gamit mo ay ordinary laminating machine.
Iba ang makina para sa manipis n plastic as i've mention, meron sa GMP Phils pati supplies.

UV as in UV Varnish? May coating unit ba at UV drying system?
