DELIVERY TIME

Machine is delivered within one (1) month usually or less upon the receipt of your Firm Order, Reservation and down payment.



INSTALLATION


Authorized and certified Technical Engineers will hand all the installation. Upon completion of the installation the functionality and performance will be demonstrated. The installed hardware and software will be tested according to the attached specification; factory supplied software and pre- sale demonstration features.

TRAINING

Training will be provided by FENGRECO MAGIC PHOTO’s Technical Engineers on the site.

WARRANTY

1.) A comprehensive Warranty will be provided for a period of Twelve (12) months from the completion of installation.
a) Parts and labor against manufacturing faults.
b) Application and technical support.
c) DX5 Head is not included in Warranty
2.) The warranty will be provided only for equipment installed according to Fengreco Magic Photo’s installation procedure and site preparation requirements.
3.) Fengreco Magic Photo has the right to void the warranty immediate in case of using Non CUYI ink

SERVICE CONTRACT

At the end of the warranty period maintenance contract will be offered.
