Since you are new in the printing business, I suggest that you go for digital printing. Digital printing is a lot easier to operate than offset printing. It is also more suitable for short quantity jobs of a few hundreds. You should, however, develop your skills in design and layout, which is the front end of the printing process.
For your equipment requirements, you can contact Copylandia, which has a branch in Davao. You can visit their website for details. They have a wide range of digital presses to cover different requirements from simple 1-color printing to multi-color printing. From the digital process, you can later expand to the more complicated offset process as your market expands.
