How will adjust this problem in imagesetter? Dati madilim, ngayon naman nasobrahan ng linaw na parang bang overexposed and print. Density po kaya ang problema? Need some expert tips or step by step instruction. Thanks in Advance.

You may want to implement some control points here and there. Measure your film with densitometer if at least 3.5 and also to check if your dots on film are linear. You may also check on your vacuum frame by installing an Ugra Plate Control Wedge and check if step wedge is about 4 or 5.

Marami pwedeng dahilan.

Ano imagesetter at RIP mo?
Paano ka nagconvert to cmyk?
Tama ba exposure ng imagesetter sa film? Tama ba film density?
Linear ba? Ibig sabihin yung 50% mo, 50% ba lumalabas sa film?
Tama ba plate exposure?
Kung dati madilim, may ginawa ka ba kaya sumobra liwanag?

bigyan mo ako ng background sa mga ito, then tingnan natin kung ano problem.

Need some info to answer your question:

1) Are you printing positive or negative film?
2) Are you recycling your developer?
3) An estimate of how many square meters you print each day?

Thank you
