| Anong type at klase ng platemaker na magandang bilhin, madaling i-maintain at commercially available sa market ang parts, size ay at least 48" at maganda ang output niya? Usually use for Heidelberg Kord 64, Fuji or Solna Offset. Any recommendation? Considering also the price. | |

| There are 2 factors to consider in a platemaker. 1. The vacuum should be powerful enough to assure that the film is pressed sufficiently on the plate. 2. The lamp should be high in ultra violet and not be diffused. The most popular lamp used is metal halide. Avoid lamps that are yellowish such as halogen. The only locally assembled platemaker that I can recommend is the one made by Polygraphics Trading. You can get their contact info at the Suppliers Directory in www.philprinting.com. You can also get some good second hand platemakers from the various dealers. Nuarc and Dainippon are some of the brands that are durable and easy to maintain. The only part that normally need replacement are the bulbs which are usually available at Tritan and Polygraphics. | |
