Wilson Hi Wilson, Thank you for your reply. What I mean is, if you have a technical person that will guide your customer during the testing process? As a supplier, you have all the information and settings for the optimal performance of the plate such as backing exposure, processing time, cutback curve, etc. as well as the necessary tools to carry out the fingerprinting. If you do, will this be free of charge with the testing? | |

| Hi,
We have, for whole finger printing process we usually send-out our Technical Manager (It is free of charge).
But, for for regular testing of plates, like providing the back, main, wash-out, post exp. it is usually me or my collegue who goes to the clientele.
