last weekend, i tried to rehabilitate my machine and make the following "peripherals" function again.

1. spray powder . . . from motor, to hose, to electricals

2. sheet brake . . . from motor, to the rubber bands, to the vacuum control

Here's what we found out....

1. no more belt for the spray powder motor.

2. there was no electric current going from the electrical box to the motor for the spray powder.

3. the bottle that holds the spray powder is punctured.

4. the sheet brake motor has no electrical connection.

5. the sheet brake motor has no belt. (and no rubber bands too)

6. levers for the vaccum control are broken.

the thing is all these mechanical defects are either replaceable or can be repaired. it's in the wirings that we kinda screwed things a bit.

we got all the motors to run but either the main motor did not run or the inching did not work. that plus the fact that some of the connections were "jumped" and a few magnetic contactors were removed. the electrician is about to give up. toink!

but what could save us now is an electrical diagram. thanks for the advanced help!

i could trade you parts manual of a few old heidel models hehehe.

btw the machine is a heidel MO.

lesson is... if your not a technician then don't even bother trying. (but how could we learn!?!?!)
